More Than Just a Tutor—An Academic Mentor

Helping students master Math, Science, and Standardized Tests with confidence.
The Philosophy
I believe that every student has the capacity to master complex concepts; they just need the right translation. In my classroom, we don’t just memorize formulas—we learn how to think. Whether you are aiming for a perfect score on the SAT or simply trying to pass high school Chemistry, my goal is to turn “I don’t get it” into “I can do this.”
The Credentials
My academic background intentionally bridges rigorous STEM expertise with advanced pedagogical training:
Ed.D. Candidate at Boston University
B.S. in Chemistry & Mathematics from the University of Houston.
M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from Montana State University-Bozeman.
Why I Teach
I started this business because I saw incredibly bright students struggling, not because of a lack of intelligence, but because the standard way material was taught didn’t click for their specific learning style. Large classroom environments force teachers to move at a set pace. I provide the personalized, one-on-one attention that allows students to ask the specific questions they need answered to achieve that “aha!” moment.
